Relate Mid Surrey
is a
registered charity.
We receive no
Government funding and rely on donations to allow us to
supply our services.
The
majority of our funding comes from four sources:

Contributions
We ask for a contribution from our
clients for each session they book. We need a basic amount
of income to pay for the services of our highly trained
counsellors and the facilities from which we provide our
counselling.
With no Government funding we ask for a
suggested contribution which
you will be advised when you contact the office.

Shop
Our Relate
Charity
Shop,
located in Woodhatch, provides us with a much-needed source
of income. This allows us to keep the cost of client
contributions down and to provide our Young People's
Counselling service at a subsidised rate.
Grants
We apply to
as many agencies as possible for grants to help us run our
services. We are fortunate that some have awarded us funding
to run special projects such as YPC or more general services
such as our Bursary Fund, which helps clients who struggle
to pay the full contribution for ongoing counselling.
Donations
Finally,
donations from the public and from local companies have
helped to keep us running. We are grateful for every penny
