 Sex Therapy
Sex Therapy (previously known as PST) is available for couples where the relationship is good but there is a specific sexual problem. 

Many couples are referred to Relate by their GP for sex therapy but it is not necessary to have a referral to attend counselling.

Occasionally sex therapy may be recommended after a course of Ongoing Counselling where the counsellor feels it would be of benefit.
