We are still here to help you (COVID-19 Update 21.3.2020)
In view of the government’s new guidance on tackling coronavirus (COVID-19), we are stopping all face to face counselling and mediation services from Friday 20th March. However we will continue to support as many of our clients as possible via webcam using Zoom.
The coronavirus COVID-19 is impacting everyone from our clients, to our work, and to our communities. As our priority is to keep our clients, staff and therapists safe we have made the decision to suspend face-to-face meetings with clients and where possible replace them with the safer option of a video-call to your home.
We will be using Zoom which you can download on your phone, tablet or computer and enable you to connect to your therapist. Zoom appointments will provide a safer and suitable alternative to attending the centre in the current climate and is something we will continue to include in our service options going forward due to its increased accessibility. We also, of course, look forward to a time when we can work face-to-face with our clients again.
We are immensely proud of all our staff and therapists who have adapted to the changes to our services so quickly and with so much positive energy and hard work. We also want to thank our clients who have been so supportive and understanding over the past few weeks and are enthusiastic about switching their counselling and mediation sessions to Zoom.
If you are a current client you will be contacted by a member of our support team to discuss if Zoom works for you. Any new clients please call our centres to book an appointment or email us.
During these unsettling and challenging times please keep well and safe and look after your loved ones
With best wishes
